Taaora is the brightness, the seed and the foundation: the Universe is nothing more than his shell. And Taaora slept with the woman called Ohina, goddess of air. And they brought forth Rainbow and Moonlight and then the red clouds and the red rain. And Taaora slept with the woman Ohina, goddess of the bosom of the earth: they brought forth Téfatou, the spirit who animates the earth and who manifests himself through the underground sounds. And Taaora slept with this woman: Beyond the whole Earth. They brought forth two gods Teirii and Rananoua. Then Roo, who came out of his mother’s womb sideways.
